Appreciation Matters! – ‘The ‘Un’-common Tales’

Hello every one, here’s the third post of the blog series – The ‘Un’-common Tales of common people. This post is shared by a very sweet lady I met on Instagram, Punitha GnanasekaranShe has talked about the importance of Appreciation and how simple acknowledgment can work wonders.

Now, a little something about this blog series. I strongly believe that each one of us has a ‘voice’ that can make an impact, the ‘power’ to inspire others and the ‘experience’ that could help someone else. But not everyone has a platform to reach out to others and share their experiences with them. Hence, this series, where you will get to read the ‘Un’- common tales of common people who have the power to inspire and bring the change. This series is a small token of thanks to those people who have always supported me in my journey.

Read the first post of the series here – Take professional help!

If you, too, have been a part of our blog’s journey and wish to be a part of this series, you can reach out to me on Instagram. No bloggers, please!

Now, let’s read Punitha’s post.

Appreciation Matters!

I am going to share about family support and appreciation here. There are a lot of mommies out there who don’t get the family support to do what they want to do in life. But still, they put in their best to achieve their dreams. And, for such mothers, there is a wonderful platform where you can create a helpful and supportive family. We all crave appreciation for any kind of work and on this platform, you can get 200% support, appreciation, and motivation.

I am talking about the social media platform – Instagram!

“Appreciation is a wonderful thing: It makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well” – Voltaire

Here, millions of brain work together as a family. I was not active on Instagram for the past one year. Still, I am recognized here as one among the family members. Here, you can get so many book recommendations, DIY activities, crafting, cooking, home decorations, etc. So many people here have become entrepreneurs with small businesses. Do support them, and encourage them. Who knows you could be the next entrepreneur too?

This is the 3rd post of the blog series shared by Punitha. She has talked about how appreciation matters and how it can motivate someone to do better.

Competitors are not enemies. Appreciation Matters for everyone.

Competitors are people who keep reminding us of our own shortcomings. Our quality control. So please do not compare yourself with others. Everyone has their own way of innovation and creativity. Share your creativity to win other’s hearts from the way of appreciation.

Once you will start getting appreciation, you will feel motivated to do your work in an awesome way. Here, everyone shares their own idea, it’s a not book written one. If you like their method or ideas, you can implement them. But there is no compulsion or anything. Everyone does not get success in the first attempt, we all are struggling to get the taste of success.

Why am I saying again and again about appreciation? Because appreciation is the soul word for our work. If it is not there our work is worthless.

I have to thank so many people on Instagram because I have been motivated and appreciated by them, especially Neha Sharma @growing_with_nemit. She is such a lovable person having more than a thousand hands to help others. Her way of encouragement is unique, she will give amazing ideas from her page to everyone.

So, please do share your creativity and get lots and lots of appreciation and be happy.

Good post Neha. I completely agree about appreciation. That is the reason why we all are here on social media and doing what we do. She said it right we should not see others as competition and more like inspiration and do better.

I loved Punitha’s thoughts and honesty. I agree there are so many women who feel un appreciated and even depressed due to lack of family support. also, she has said it correctly that competitors are not your enemies and you can get inspired or make other people inspired by your creative work and individual style.

Yes Instagram gives a support and appreciation to mommies for their creative skills. I wish every mother would get full support in her family. Luckily our family supports every female equally like males.
