Hello friends, today I am going to share my experience of using Deyga Organic Skincare Products. Deyga is an organic skin and haircare brand based at Tamil Nadu, India. They have a strong belief that their traditional rescue for skin and hair will always make one’s life easy & satisfied. And they have mentioned that all their products are handcrafted with love & care.

In recent times, I have fallen in love with all things natural and organic. Not just because these are good for us but these are greener for the planet too. So, when I was approached by this brand to review some of their products, I was quite thrilled. Based on my skin type and the approaching winter season in the North, I chose 4 skincare products –

Review of Deyga Organic Skincare Products

I have a combination skin type which feels oily in summers & dry in winters. My lips are usually chapped all year round. And, my feet are always dry, winters make my heels crack easily. Based on my skin type & condition, I chose these 4 products from Deyga Organic.

1 – Strawberry Lip Scrub

This 100% natural lip scrub comes in a cute little tin tub with a lid. The main ingredients of this scrub are organic shea butter, strawberry, granulated sugar & avocado oil. And, it smells heavenly.

I have never used a lip scrub before this so I was quite amazed to see the results. I just loved how my lips felt so soft and nourished. Since my lips tend to get dry and chapped easily I am using it twice a week.

I really like how this scrub not just exfoliates my lips but also keeps them moisturized even after removing it. The only problem I faced is with the packaging. Though it’s cute but once opened, the oil tends to leak. So, not suitable to carry while traveling.

2 – Face & Body Exfoliator

The next product is a gentle exfoliator which works amazingly well for the face and body. It comes in a powdered form in a small transparent plastic tub with a black lid. The main ingredients of this exfoliator are marjoram, neem, khus khus & lemon. It has a bit strong herbal smell which you really can’t ignore.

I usually don’t use body exfoliator because I am quite a lazy person. Also, because I never came across a natural body scrub which can also be used for the face. While I was going through Deyga’s website, I noticed they have a variety of scrubs catering to different needs. I just couldn’t stop myself from picking this one up.

I won’t lie but I have used it only once in the last 30 days on my body, thanks to busy #momlife. But it worked really well in just a single-use, 1 minute of exfoliation and my skin felt smooth & healthy. In fact, I am using it once a week on my face because of the natural glow it gives to my face. Just love it!

3 – Orange & Almond Face Pack

Coming to the next product, it’s a 100% natural face pack that comes in the powdered form in a transparent glass jar. The main ingredients of this face pack are almonds, sun-dried orange pulp & zest, turmeric root & essential oils. It has a light pleasant smell, so you can easily keep it on your face for 15 mins.

The only reason to choose this face pack was to work on my pigmentation and suntan. This product claims to help diminish pigmentation & enhance skin texture. It does work in reducing pigmentation since I noticed a slight difference in my skin. But I have used it only twice so it would be too soon to say anything accurately.

But, I am waiting to see it work its magic on my skin. It has also helped in removing stubborn blackheads and giving that healthy natural glow. My skin feels fresh & rejuvenated.

4 – Foot Crystals (Berry & Peppermint)

One thing which I really missed during the lockdown & still miss since we have not yet started going out is the pedicure (foot therapy) done at a salon. That foot pampering session once a month was such a savior, it would take all the stress away. Though I ordered these foot crystals thinking to use it for a pedicure I still can’t afford to give myself a foot care session due to shortage of time & yes I’m too lazy to do it myself.

But what I really enjoy is the foot soaking session after a tiring day with these berry & peppermint foot crystals. It is so soothing & relaxing and works really well for aching & tired feet. Trust me these crystals are so good that you would want to use them daily. The main ingredient of the foot crystals is the Himalayan pink salt which is a cleansing agent so soaking & scrubbing can give you beautiful clean feet. These crystals come in a transparent glass jar with a black lid & smell strongly of peppermint. It gives such a cool feeling which is quite relaxing.
