How to have a shining kitchen with the toughest stain remover?

Do you know where I am spending my early morning time these days? No, not in nature, not even in the gym. It’s the kitchen! You know why? Because the schools have reopened and I need to prepare and pack breakfast & lunch for my kid first thing in the morning. Not complaining but I am not great with managing the kitchen and this morning rush results in a total mess. That’s why I am always looking for ideas and ways to keep my kitchen organized and shining all the time. And, recently I have learned a few tips and tricks that have made my life so much easier. So, in today’s post, I will be sharing some of those tips and how you can have a shining kitchen with the toughest stain remover without a fuss.

Our son was elated to know that he will be going to school from March onwards. More than him, I was excited to get that much needed break from attending online classes with him. But I forgot that being back to school for my son would also mean me back into the kitchen since our cook can’t come before 8 in the morning. Over the years, I have realized that I can’t handle the kitchen alone. It’s not my cup of tea. So, we needed a foolproof plan to avoid any morning stress and that’s when my husband pitched in. It’s good to have a supportive partner and I am proud of my husband because he understands his responsibility.

Setting up a Morning Routine

I want to confess that we messed up on Day 1 of the school day. We got up late, the kitchen was in a bad state and it took us a lot of time to clean it up. Our son missed his breakfast and couldn’t reach the school on time. This hit us hard and we realized that we need to set up a new morning routine.

Back to School

So, our first task was to have a plan in place. We listed out all the things that had to be done in the morning. We separated the chores that could be managed a day prior. Then, we prepared a weekly meal plan based on our son’s liking and the ease of preparation. And, finally, divided the tasks between me and my husband.

Now, we wake up at 6 am and by 6.15 am, we are inside the kitchen. My husband takes care of all the peeling, cutting, and chopping of fruits and vegetables and also packing the fruit box. Around 7 am, he gets our son ready and then helps him with the breakfast.

I, on the other hand, take care of the cooking and packing of the snack box and the lunch box. And then we leave at 7.30 am to drop our son off at school.

The only thing that’s left on our task list is cleaning the kitchen. And, that we do later in the morning after coming back home. Initially, it seemed so difficult with all the tough stains and grease that we both avoided doing it. But now it has become an easy peasy task with our new kitchen cleaner Cif Power and Shine. Now anyone can have a shining kitchen with the toughest stain remover without putting in much effort.

How to have a shining kitchen with the toughest stain remover?

Before talking about this let’s see how you can avoid creating a mess while cooking in the kitchen. Here are some tips for you.

1 – Clean your kitchen before going to bed

First things first, clean the kitchen one last time before going to bed, leave it sparkling clean and organized for the next day. So, when you see it in the morning you have one less task to complete. A clean and shiny kitchen also motivates me to cook better.

2- Clean your kitchen in the morning

If somehow you can’t manage to clean it at night, do it in the morning before beginning with food preparation. Trust me, it’s 100 times better to work in a tidy and organized kitchen especially when you are short on time. You can use Cif Power and Shine Kitchen Spray as it can remove the toughest stains easily and save your time. It is the easiest way to have a shining kitchen with the toughest stain remover.

3- Keep it Organized

Since I don’t spend much time in the kitchen I never tried to keep it organized until recently when I realized the need for it. I am still in the process of organizing stuff but whatever I have done till now has helped me immensely while working in the kitchen. It has drastically reduced the amount of mess that happens in the kitchen. Please do let me know in the comments below if you want me to make a video on how I have organized my kitchen.

4- Meal Preparation

This particular hack has made my life so much simpler. And, having a meal plan for the week is a great way to know what ingredients we need to prepare. Simply peel & cut the veggies and store them in airtight containers. I always have peeled and diced carrots, ginger & potatoes, diced capsicums, peeled garlic, chopped leafy vegetables ready in my refrigerator. I also keep boiled potatoes ready. You may also prepare tomato sauce beforehand for cooking dal, curry, etc. in no time. You can easily avoid the mess and save a lot of your precious time with this simple hack.

5- Use a Spoon Rest

Use a small plate to keep the spoons and spatulas that you are using while cooking. Earlier I used to keep them either on the gas stove or on the countertop and it would leave a dried or greasy stain which is extremely difficult to clean. Simply keeping a spoon rest on one side of the stove can be a game-changer.

Now, I want to add one more point to this list and it’s cleaning the spills right away. But even if you can’t do that it’s okay. When we are on a time crunch we just don’t care about cleaning, we only want the meals to be ready on time. And, when we have Cif to do the cleaning part, there’s nothing to worry about. When you can have a shining kitchen with the toughest stain remover, there’s no reason to stress.

Why Cif Kitchen Cleaner?

For a very long time, I relied only on water for cleaning the kitchen counter. This I learned from my first cook. She used hot water to clean the kitchen counter, gas stove, and even the tiles. But it never seemed effective to me. Then, my second cook introduced me to hot soapy water to clean and to my surprise, it cleaned better. But it took double the time for the same task.

Then I came to know about kitchen cleaning sprays that cleaned better in lesser time. But the ones I have tried are loaded with chemicals and leave a horrible smell in the kitchen after every use.

Cif Power and Shine Kitchen Spray

5 Types of awful Stains in the Kitchen- clean them to have a shining kitchen with the toughest stain remover

While working in the kitchen, there are these 5 tough stains that are most common and bother us the most.

1- Coffee/Tea

I like to drink my coffee while cooking in the morning. And, no matter how much I try not to spill the coffee, it just happens. And, we get that hard-to-clean brown stain on our countertop almost daily.

2- Oil Stains

Then, there are oil spills on the gas stove and the tiles, butter, and ghee stains and there’s no way you can avoid that if you are as clumsy as I am.

3- Dried/Burnt Milk Stains

Burnt milk stains on the burner every single time we keep the milk for boiling. It has to spill even if we are keeping an eye on it.

4- Sticky Stains

Sticky cheese, ketchup, cooked tomato puree, and curry are some of the toughest stains to clean.

5- Dried Pulp

Last but not least, the fruit and vegetable pulp stains. These are so difficult to clean once they get dried up.

But thanks to Cif power and shine kitchen spray, it’s super easy to clean and remove the toughest of stains with one wipe. Depending on the type of stain you can either use it directly or spray and leave it for a few seconds before wiping it off. Now, anyone can have a shining kitchen with the toughest stain remover in just minutes.

Cleaning never seemed this easy but now it’s a fun task for us so #DontJustCleanItCifIt.
