I had braces when I was in college and it was hard to eat or even smile at times. Brushing or atleast rinsing your mouth after eating, and applying gels advised by the dentist help.

My neice has braces and once she had some sticky and chewy chocolate and it was a pain cleaning her teeth later on. Was not aware of Orthodontic wax… will share about it with her.

These are excellent tips, Neha.I have never had to deal with kids in braces. My daughter needed them but the dentist said her teeth were not but it was her upper jawline and he could correct it with a few surgeries I walked out of the clinic.
