It is our responsibility to allow them explore nature at open spaces time back I heard a child physiologist that every hour of sitting for kids should get balanced with double the physical activity. I take my son to outside every evening no matter anyone is playing or not. We spend some time there and enjoy the openness. He also feels fresh then. Outdoor play is MUST for kids of all ages.
