Wow! I’m a huge fan of gardening and my kids love it too. I loved the bulb idea. It’s so adorable. I have seen it on Pinterest earlier but never tried. May be we will try it this weekend and share photos. Thank you for sharing.

My son loves gardening too. Indeed it is a great way of getting kids connect with nature. He planted a seeds of akha urad dal and nurtured it. Luckily the plant did produce crops as well. I will try planting in bulb.

The first thing I ask my kids to do in the morning to see the plants, say hello and check on them. That’s our ritual. I am teaching gardening to my daughter. I just started with the basics of seeding, sprouting, watering correctly. Gardening for me is a basic life skill. Kids should know how to grow greens and food. Lovely post, Neha.

I loved these activities Neha and in fact few of them we had done already. We had made a recycled planter with old ice cream can and girls had loads of fun while doing that.
