This is a well researched and well written post. The fact that one needs to eat right during pregnancy and breastfeeding is often ignored by a lot of expecting mothers.
Also, reading and activities have suddenly taken such a backseat, it really makes me wonder how did the generation without gadgets keep the kids occupied. I hope people realise activities are SO important for a child’s brain development
